Way:ahead - 14-19 Prospectus

Over 1000 Warrington Young People and their Parents recently attending the Wayahead in Warrington Event at the Halliwell Jones Stadium!

There was lots of information about all the different choices that are available for you.  There was information on the Specialised Diplomas for young people, which are being introduced from 2008? 

There were industry sector specialists, workbased learning providers, schools, colleges and universities, awarding bodies, Connexions, Aim Higher.....the list goes on.

Everyone was welcomed and led through to the Wayahead Cinema where they watched a short DVD explaining what the event was all about.  This helped everyone get the most out of their visit.

Then a wander round the various stands and even have a hands on experience of www.wayahead.uk.com in the IT room.

There were also Connexions Advisers on hand to give information, advice and guidance on a one to one basis.
